I and the members of my party have read and agree to the conditions of reservations, and I post a returnable deposit of £100.00 and undertake to pay the full balance before arrival.

Conditions of reservation
  1. £100.00 returnable deposit is payable when reserving the accommodation, and is held against loss, damages, breakages and excess cleaning charges. The damage deposit will be returned approx 7 days after your stay. Unfortunately, the deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. Cheques should be made payable to Quayside Close Holiday Apartments.
  2. Accommodation is available from 3.30pm on day of arrival, but no later than 5.00pm. If arriving earlier please state on the booking form where we will endeavour to have your apartment ready for checking in at the time requested. The party size and name must be stated on the booking form.
  3. On departure please leave the apartments clean and tidy. The proprietor must be informed of any damage or items broken, and the appropriate charge will be made from the returnable deposit. Please inform the proprietors if leaving before 10.00am.
  4. The proprietors reserve the right to retake possession of the accommodation if any party behaves in a manner prejudicial to the well being of other guests and they request that all guests enter or leave the premises quietly, especially during the evenings and early mornings.
  5. The proprietors are relieved of responsibility for loss or damage to visitors’ property including motor vehicles or accident to any person whilst staying at Quayside Close.
  6. Disabled facilities – Ramp at the entrance to ground floor apartments. There are no disabled facilities within the apartments.
  7. The balance will be due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
  8. Payment of the deposit assumes acceptance of the above terms and booking conditions.
